For any one who runs a workshop, one of the best moments is when you get feedback at the end of the workshop.
Such feedback comes in two forms both positive and negative and you always learn.
What I learned from last week’s Unleash Your Book Inside workshop is that I need to extend it in the New Year so attendees can achieve even more still.
So the next workshops will have an optional third day where attendees will write their whole book in outline form and get 1-2-1 mentoring.

One attendee completely surprised me in taking my advice to write and publish a short but effective book.
The workshop finished on Thursday, she wrote a short story on Friday and published it using Blurb on Saturday – that is definitely a record !!
