Releasing Blocks

This poem was written by a wonderful author I am working with at the moment, who is crafting a real gem of a book, after our monthly mentoring session.

I am blogging it verbatim, with her permission and with great thanks to her for sharing it and writing it … it made me blush and brought a tear to my eye when I received it.

Blocks

I‘ve now cleared the sadness,

From twelve lives in the past,

I’ve released huge emotion,

Now can move on at last.

~~~
The man who helped me,
Tom Evans, his name,
Such a kind-hearted man,
Past life regression, his game.
~~~

It’s amazing what power,

That we have in our mind,

To heal our emotions

Of the past life kind.

~~~
It’s just a thought away,
To find the key to unlock,
Where the emotion is trapped,
And to release the block.
~~~

I saw myself going back in time,

As a boy, girl and a mother,

The thread that linked them all,

Was sadness, like no other.

~~~
But once the healing was done,
I looked to the future me,
And gave myself some advice,
On how to remain happy.
~~~

Sadness is just a tool,

It’s not the person I am,

So now I feel so much freer,

Thanks to this fabulous man.

~~~
And the real joy for me,
Is I can now start to write,
Without any blocks,
But with pure love and light.
~~~
