Apple have followed Amazon’s lead and iBooks can now have audio and video embedded in them.

See my blog Do iPad or do I Kindle for more on this … and note that, somewhat ironically, Kindle Enhanced Editions (as Amazon called them) are only for Kindle Readers on iPhones and iPads not Kindles themselves.

Guildford Book Festival Short Story Competition

The Bookwright is thrilled to be sponsoring this year’s Guildford Book Festival Short Story award.
The prize is fabulous and, as far as we know, a first for any literary competition anywhere in the world.
