I left Tom’s course energised with a spring in my step. More importantly I had 13 well-engineered mind maps giving me a bearing upon which to set my compass. It is rare that I walk away from a workshop so energised. Tom is a skilled facilitator and a prime example of someone who is ‘in the zone’. – Duncan Bolam, Career Dovetail, Surrey
